‘In this sector, as with others, the
training is linked to clear Business and compliance
issues and over the last 5 years we have on our clients
behalf introduced performance and competency standards
to benchmark the progress they have made in their training
and development.
At this stage we are keen to link this
progress to real evaluation and a return on investment.
Over the recent years we have along with our partners,
developed and introduced standards to the Pharmaceutical,
Chemical and Food and Drink Industries. This has supported
their business goals and provided a robust training
and validation structure when they have been subjected
to external and internal audits.
Happily the sectors we have worked with recognise the
expertise which this area has in the training and developing
of people from all parts of business.
We are currently negotiating the outsourcing of Process
Technical training with a major Pharmaceutical Company.
This is a new venture where the client is seeking to
focus on their core activity and bring outside expertise
to design and develop their training programmes’
